On the second floor at the front of The Blair House, is the Winter Suite. It has a sitting room, private bath, and bedroom with fireplace. It also has a private balcony overlooking the grounds.
				The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a small desk/game table with two chairs, as well as a gas fireplace. The bathroom has a tub and shower and a decorative stained-glass window. The sitting room has a loveseat, chairs, and double doors leading to the balcony.
